Freedom

Freedom is the first bar I’ve been to in a long time where we stood at the bar ordering and drinking. There was no table service. I am not sure this is what they meant when the easing of restrictions in England on Monday but Freedom Day led directly to Freedom Bar and a couple of Nespresso Martinis. I don’t think I’ve missed the bar culture as much as many of those drinking tonight. But then, they’re all much younger than me. Fortunately, we did just the one before I got in a taxi home.
