A day of torrential downpours, with the odd sunny spell in between. Today’s dramas were courtesy of Six Dinner Sid. At midday Sid was discovered trapped inside the greenhouse, curled up inside an old washing up bowl. I have no idea how that happened, but he must’ve been in there overnight. At least he was in the warm and dry, though such a stormy night must’ve been scary even for a wiley cat like Sid!

Feeling very guilty, I gave him two big bowls of cat food. An hour later I didn’t feel quite so guilty as there was one heck of a commotion as Sid decided to beat up poor little Toff, who charged into the house like a bat out of hell, fur flying everywhere, with Sid in hot pursuit! As sorry as I feel for him, this is exactly the reason I don’t want Sid hanging around in the garden, terrifying Toffee. There’s never a dull moment round here!
