Rescue!

We had a little walk at Burnsbeck Moss, see extra, and found the quarry car park full of mountain rescue trainees! It looked very impressive although the poor dummy half way down seemed to be in a bad way!
I finished my marrow chutney and it’s tasty, I made it with cider vinegar for a lighter result.
And we watched the first night of the Proms!
Wonderful after such a long time without concerts.
