A surprise card arrived from the other half this followed a while later by a lovely bouquet of roses! I think he's missing my cooking and company! He's right too-the economy is going to crash whilst I'm out of action!

Had my third run of bad luck today with an infection diagnosed via emails and photos back and forth to my GP, of one of the extraction areas in my mouth. Thankfully I got hold of some antibiotics before the weekend!

My uncle who is visiting from Welsh Wales came to chat to me through the dining room window before he heads home tomorrow!

Granny and Gramps celebrated 61 years of marriage today too! <3 what an example to us all.
