We Knew This Day Was Coming......

It is not as good as I would like it to be and I had planned on using another flower, but this flower will be in the path of the mowers in the next few days and the other one I was going to use will not.  This lovely little one is called Velvetweed  or Lizard Tail Gaura, because as it gets taller it bends and curves looking much like a lizard's tail.  Hopefully, next wildflower season I will be able to get a better shot......In the extras, I have put a shot of the post where the wildflower sign was posted with one little seedpod looking at it.  I hope that I will be able to find a wildflower somewhere next Friday......Thanks to Biker Bear for hosting
