Walk in the Mist

It was out to Blackheath early this morning to give the dogs a good run. They've missed out on anything significant for a couple of days as I was idle for the weather.

There is something very special about the light in the mist. I couldn't resist this shot of a dog walker and her Collie as they disappeared into the haze with their reflections mirrored in the puddles at her feet.

Puddles became the theme of my walk. I took another photo in amongst the tall trees on the track from the car park, just before the dogs jumped in to disturb the water. My car never comes home dry!

Eureka! The sun has come out but it won't be for long. I'm off to take advantage!
