David Livingstone memorial...

This year is the bicentenary of Dr David Livingstone and with Malawi holding him in great esteem for bringing Christianity to the country, there was a memorial service held. This is a blip of Rev Mateya Nkhoma who is Acting Vice Chancellor of the University of Livingstonia (named after David Livingstone) talking about the life of Livingstone and his journey through Malawi.

While it was good to go to, it was a long service - only 4 hours long! Afterwards I went for a lovely walk through the villages so had quite a lot of photos but thought this was the best of the day!
