Green Woodpecker

This photo is very zoomed in and very cropped but, I  did 'manage’ a photograph of this shy Green Woodpecker this morning!
If anyone had seen me, on my tummy, wriggling along the floor, poking my lens out of the patio door which was slightly ajar and gingerly trying to focus on the moving bird, well, they would have laughed out loud!!
And 'that' would have frightened the bird away.....!!!
