Getting ready to build

The archaeological investigations in progress in preparation for building houses on the marshes. It’s our nearest walk-from-home route although it’s flooded in winter and has wide cracks underfoot in summer. I wouldn’t recommend buying a house there. It will be interesting to see how the public foot paths are preserved.
