Hovering

This osprey really seemed to think it was a kestrel. It spent quite a bit of time hovering whilst it was hunting which is something I hadn't see osprey do before. Certainly the buzzards around here occasionally hover as well.

Either way it was nice to watch it for about 15 minutes though it didn't catch anything in that time.
