A-maize-ing dogs

Here are Charlie and Pierce walking past the maize crop. It is really tall now. We walked down to the lake and I saw brother D and C , we sat by the lake for a while and had a chat. Then I noticed the ominous looking rain clouds so I walked home again. It was only a short shower though. The dogs have had supper and are now snoozing. I guess I better make something to eat now too. Maybe corned beef fritters tonight. I tried making apple fritters the other night, not too bad, maybe try them again one day.
