Dripping

Had a good sleep, then a slow start reading the papers, having a shower and catching up on some recorded TV whilst Kt was at the stables and T at work.
When she got back we went to Ampthill for a pootle around….ages since I’ve been there but we wanted to look in the emporium with all the antique furniture and glasses as they’d like a drinks trolley and champagne coupe glasses, but no luck. Had a look round some other shops then had a coffee and doughnut before buying some cheeses and veg and came home to meet T for lunch. As we ate the heavens opened and it absolutely poured with rain for about an hour…when is this weather going to improve?!
In the afternoon Kt went out with Heston to do scent training and T went to bed before work again tonight. I bought the ingredients for supper and made a big lasagne and garlic bread and some beans from the garden. Chatted to A after her holiday …she’d collected Paisley from the dog hotel and they were very pleased to see each other!
Another evening watching Olympics and relaxing.
