We visited Dunblane today, and intended to walk the Darn Road from there to Bridge of Allan, but although we started it proved a bit too rough a path for me, and we turned back and instead walked along the Allan Water, had lunch sitting on a bench there and then walked up to the Cathedral and back along the High Street.  Although our plans changed it was a really pleasant day and we stopped on the High Street for some coffee before driving home.

It was  a dull day but not cold, but when we were driving home the sun came out and it has been a very nice sunny evening.
