Well everyone loves a medal

Something I haven't done for years, a race.  This was a 10km race from Leighton Hall, organised by Pennine Trails, starting with a downhill run to Leighton Moss, ending with a downhill run to the Hall, and with a lot of great scenery to look at on all the ups in between.  And yes, everyone got a medal.
