Red and Fuzzy

This is from a tiny old camera I found in the art cabinet. The date set on it is 2014.  I may try a few blips with it but this is not the solution..
I also found a number of camera cables from the past. Non of them fit my current Canon.
I will look on Amazon to find a replacement cable-- assuming that is the problem.
A friend is visiting me this weekend. She has a nice iPhone which she uses as a phone. She says she cannot get photos to go onto her laptop from the iPhone. She could be untrained but does not recommend the phone.
Just to let you know I am working on a solution. Some of today's blips are really beautiful. Thanks.
