Cordon Bleu Cookery Course

Does anyone remember this course? I think the magazine came weekly and cost about 4/6 originally. I started buying them in 1973, but only managed to buy a few as we were posted abroad. I still use some of them but some of the recipes are so dated!! My favourite pudding I remember was Apricot Moscovite - a very upmarket apricot mousse. It took ages to make, rubbing the poached apricots through a fine sieve!! A trip down memory Lane.
