GIRL GIRL WILD THING

This year I thought I had growing tomatoes all figured out. I put fruit tree net bags around the plants & their pots to protect them against voracious critters. My son, who grew the seedlings recommended a fertilizer program. I had clusters of tomatoes; but alas, somehow the critters penetrated & ate a cluster every single night.

I put small net bags around the remaining
tomatoes & have saved a few. The variety I love, GIRL GIRL WILD THING usually grows beefsteak size tomatoes, but this year
they are small. Each is a tasty jewel.

Growing tomatoes is a humbling experience. Next year I will have a new plan….
