Stormy Sunday

We had crazy storms all day. Very strong winds, sideways rain, couple of bouts of hail, more extreme wind, thunder and lightning the whole thing all day!!!   Eventually at around 4pm the skies cleared and it was a bit hard to decide if it was over or not but Toto was of the opinion that we should head out either way ;o)

So we went to the river and there were a lot of branches down and all the lawn was very soggy so we could only walk on the path which didnt suit the dog so he walked on the lawn while i walked on the path!!  The magpies and ducks and herons were all out foraging and I’ve put a few shots together in extras.  Fish and chips for tea ahhh and thats the end of the weekend!! ; )
