A little culture

I love his colourful slippers!

We walkedand walked and walked round the art gallery, the photographic museum, the Basilica and more streets before finding the New York Cafe. It rivals Florians in Venice apparently, and has prices to match. We had two hot chocolates and shared a selection plate of Hungarian cakes. The decor is Baroque with marble columns and gilt and tasty waiters.

A notice said "don't touch the piano" it was more like don't touch the gorgeous pianist and the marble continued into the bathrooms.

A taxi back was a rip off but worth it. Now it's time for a medicinal wine.
