At the Seaside

We decided to go to the seaside this morning as we haven't seen the sea for such a long time.  When I was young we used to go to Southsea visiting family at least once a year so we went there.  It was very busy at the very busy end of the beach but we went to the end of the beach we always used to go to, opposite the Marine's Barracks in Eastney.  I think the buildings are still barracks...

There were families enjoying themselves, dogs and Their humans playing and strolling and a lovely blue sky!

Another hotel tonight before a visit to an old friend tomorrow...
