Castle Crag

Were planning a big walk today, but when we looked out first thing, cloud levels were around 1500 feet, and the walk we hoped to do was all above 2000 feet. Decided that the long walk can wait, so we parked at Rosthwaite, and walked over Castle Crag. Added just the one to our Wainwright (2) total, and it was the lowest, but at least we stayed below the clouds. It was a lovely little walk, with some cracking views. 

The extra is some of the fabulous rays we saw in the evening, which had Deb & I constantly interrupting dinner to photograph!
