New Book

W and I finally got to enjoy my 40th birthday gift from my brother (my birthday was 18 months ago) today. We had a 7 course tasting menu at Fhior in Edinburgh, complete with wine pairings. The entire meal was lovely, but 7 (small) glasses of wine with lunch is quite a lot!
On the way home, we stopped at the excellent bookshop on Blenheim Place on the way home and I picked up this book for myself, which I sat in the garden reading this evening before enjoying Kill Bill with W.
