A New Podium

Day 9 in the AOG (Alternate Olympic Games.)

Several of the competitors complained about the podium. Wally the walrus said it best. "What's exciting about 3 white square boxes? Why don't we have something with color?"

The officials listened. Flowers were brought in to fill the bed of the old truck, and the medalists will stand on the entry rail.

In full disclosure, I took the truck picture about 30 minutes after shooting the giant egret. The bird medal winner would like to thank Photoshop for putting her on the pretty pedastal.
