Hazy
A hazy evening up on the ridge. Fewer people than ever (two of them in this shot if you have a magnifying glass), as "they" (CALTRANS I believe) have suddenly put up very permanent looking "No Parking" signs in the places everybody has been parking since the beginning of the pandemic, as well as barriers closing off the paved parking area the other side of the road where we all used to park in the before times. I wonder what they're trying to achieve? There are still a few spots along the verge on the other side of the road that they've forgotten to signpost - and of course there's a parking lot belonging to the Open Space Trust a couple of miles away at the other entrance - but a couple of miles is a lot when you have a decrepit arthritic ankle like I do. So I was feeling generally cross even in such a glorious evening.
