is a dear friend and it’s her birthday tomorrow.

So I made her my Cholesterol Chocolate Cake today.

Made with rich chocolate, butter, eggs, walnuts, cranberries and on top melted white chocolate drizzle action. Unfortunately the U dribbled off synch and the N decided to go off road, but all in all I am pretty happy with it.

For her gift I bought her an illustrated book of Irish wildflowers and a bone China cup and some Earl Grey tea.

I will put candles on it and chocolate fingers in disarray around her name.

I love baking and am looking forward to tomorrow (a swim will be involved)
