I built this in the late 70’s . Made from plans but I have long since lost them and can’t remember the design name or the designer. She is built on an egg box style ply backbone with 3mm frames covered with double diagonal 1/32 inch thick hard balsa overcoated with resin reinforced tissue. You’d just buy a vacuum formed plastic Hull these days! I asked the gov to get it all out of the loft and spent the afternoon cleaning it and reacquainting myself with it. Found some batteries and was amazed that the radio control still worked. Now going to sort it out and tidy up some bits that are damaged and may be able to go for a sail as well down on the club lake.
