Cornered?

A staircase with corners... set in a corner... maybe this is a bit of a stretch for the Mono Monday challenge :-)

The image is from Kelham Island in Sheffield, a very old industrial area by the River Don that is proceeding through a zigzag process of gentrification. For the moment, fancy modern apartments jostle next door to small working factories, and smart cafes sit alongside once-grand derelict 19th century steel works buildings.

I was down there today to pick up a couple of sculpture shots for the ArtUK volunteer photographer project - as the deadline (Sunday 8th) gallops towards me.
