The long walk

Not sure this is exactly part of the long walk but it does join it.

Up early this morning to go into the office, the first time I have been there with colleagues since March 2020. There were 7 of the 9 of us in today and while it was good to physically see my colleagues I did not enjoy being back, The hour journey each way doesn't help

A lovely walk on the saltmarsh in the sun when I got home and now a glass of red. I shall be trying not to repeat the experience too soon.
