A little flutter

The morning was calm and cool but really beautiful. Mr D came with me and Percy for our morning trot. I was really taken with a huge row of teasels and when I went to take a photo I noticed this lovely butterfly just chilling and having its breakfast. The extra is the looking down the row of teasels.
Percy took to the water at the weekend, felt like a proud mumma watching her baby take their first swim! We thought it was a bit of a fluke but again today he was in having a great time. He was at one point heading out into the lake and I had moment hoping I wouldn't have to go I and save him! Thankfully he came back when I called him. I don't think the ducks are so pleased though!!
