Beautiful day in Prestwick and a reminder that the curling season starts next month. Ailsa Craig is 10 miles from the mainland and is a source of the granite used in curling stones. Kays of Scotland have exclusive rights to the granite. Their curling stones are the only ones used in World Curling Federation and Olympic competition.
