Always such a pleasure having a natter with the lovely Jo and the lovely Sarah while my boys do karate at the Lensbury!

Today I did an interview for a magazine in Melbourne.

I recorded vocals for a track I'm making with some Russian Producers.

I spent time learning another song that I am shooting some video for tomorrow.

I did lots of other stuff too! My neck hurts....
