Froglet or toadlet?

Every summer, it's so much fun finding little fellas everywhere on my plot!

This brown froglet (or toadlet?) took me by surprise when I was pruning the nasturtium in my strawberry bed.

I put him in the compost heap afterwards as the bed was more exposed to birds without the green jungle.

I hope I'll see more froggies now the growing season's in full swing and they've started exploring the allotment more.
