Lunching/swimming

I met old friends for lunch at The Barn in Scorton, then felt so full that I needed some exercise and a dip in the river at Kirkby Lonsdale.  Andy's photo doesn't include the numerous youngsters who were jumping off rocks or playing on lilos in the shallows.
