Montbretia

I passed these beautiful flowers on my way home after meeting a friend for lunch. The weather has been really strange today. When the sun was out it was hot and sticky and when the clouds and wind came along it got cold. It also tried to rain once or twice but it didn’t last. My sandals broke while I was walking and I was lucky to find a Postman’s rubber band on the pavement and managed to tie them up with it to walk the rest of the way home. Phew.
