Jam Making...

So for a number of years now Isaac and Jonathan have followed in their Gran's footsteps and made Raspberry Jam.

So today myself and Isaac headed up to Craigies Farm to get some rasps picked and after 4.5 kg were collected we headed home.

Isaac got the "chemistry" going and by the end of day, 21 jars of Jam were made... and all being well that should see us thru to this time next year when we'll do it all again!!!
