Toad On The Wall . . .

Nothing ghostly or ghastly today, apart from the weather - snowing, just when we thought winter was over . .

So, off to the new library, which has a large lobby plastered with artwork. Jools loved this giant (60 by 40 inch ) green toad by Margaret Carney and thought it might look good on our wall. I searched for the details and found a small plaque with the name of the painting - Grenouille - and, in a very small, apologetic typeface, its price - $2,500.

And I said nothing ghastly!
