bad pun Wednesday it is then lol! Sorry, couldn't resist!

A lovely sunny day today and thankfully our aches and pains weren't too bad so we made an early start and headed to RHS Hyde Hall as today was the first day of their Flower Show.  Easy to park as we were early, and then didn't have to queue too long and headed straight for a cuppa to set us up haha! And then it was plant stall heaven for me and I think I wanted one of everything!!  I'm sure these plant fairs are wonderful for the traders who come from all over the country, especially after 2020!, and they were all doing a roaring trade! I MAY have come home with 9 new plants  which is quite restrained for me!! But lots of inspiration and ideas, especially for the area at the bottom of the garden which looks weird today without the summerhouse!

They also had a little craft tent where they had this chap and some of his friends flying their own little planes! Could have spent a fortune in there too!

Found a great little fish and chip stall too where we got an early lunch of chips and sausage baps!! The diet goes out the window again but they tasted blooming lovely!!  As we left, the overflow car park was almost full, and the traffic down the road to get to Hyde Hall was trailing back! Very glad we went early!!
