Rain stopped play

Back at the allotment this morning. The weather was gorgeous when we set out but the rain clouds swept in.
Mr EAnn dug a row of second early new potatoes. The yield was disappointing but he also dug about twice as many bonus main crop potatoes that had grown off potatoes left in the ground last season. We shall see what they are like later though they tend not to be very good.
More courgettes, some turnips (illustrated) and sweet peas and gladioli. And he cut the grass - good man.
