Found out today that a guy I went to school with passed away yesterday. 39 years old. He was actually a Blipper, I wasn't subscribed to his journal, or he mine. I just happened to stumble upon his journal one day when browsing. I didn't subscribe as I'm not really into re-connecting with people from my past.

That's a few folk I was at school with who are away now, that I know about anyway - two car crashes, a drugs over-dose and a suicide (out a 15th floor window).

Anyway, it does make you think about your own mortality when you hear about somebody your own age passing and I'm only a few years short of the age my father was when he passed away.
