Despite the post migraine befuddlement, I managed the daily pre work work out before settling into a more normal working day than Monday.

She met me at lunchtime at Roseburn and chummed me home; I plodded on, She went to the beach in the rain.

Come close of business, we cycled back to Hers, via Craigleaf for bits for satay and salad for dinner. 

Both very tired (Her 1st day back,  my post migraine fall out) but still managed a half hour chat with Maw as I made my way home past foxes and badgers
