Connaught Landing

So named because the Duke of Connaught (seventh child and third son of Queen Victoria) landed here when he visited.
This morning I was supposed to be doing a run through of my new town walk with my friend Joss. I think it went well although we did too much chatting so a few bits were missed and then we diverted to go to Candie Museum for lunch. A very light lunch but it lasted over 2 hours. Then we went to Les Cotils for a drink (ginger beer not wine). 
A very enjoyable day but I still need to do a serious practice run of the walk!
