Roadmap Out Of Lockdown Step 4 - Day 17

Lacock Abbey, Wiltshire

A lovely day out and about in the real world, thanks to my friend B. Wandered round the beautiful medieval village of Lacock (extra no1), browsed and shopped in the quirky gift shops, a yummy lunch in the garden of a 16th century pub, a 2 mile walk along the River Avon with views across to the abbey (extra no2), and finally a Lacock Dairy ice cream in the grounds of Lacock Abbey. Seven wonderful hours, sunny and 22 degrees. Then came home, walked in the door, only to find that in my absence the drains had become blocked! Back to reality with a bump...
