Waiting For The Curtain To Go Up! (Grease)

Hi there everyone. I had a fabulous day with Katrina. We went into Plymouth and had some lunch and a cocktail ( It just had to be done!!)  I had fish and chips, and Katrina had a bacon and cheeseburger and slim fries and salad. The food was really nice too. Afterwards we made our way to the Theatre to see Grease The Musical. I was very sad though that I couldn't get a souvenir Programme. They said that they couldn't get hold of any programmes for anything at the moment, due to the printers. I was gutted! I always write the date and who I went with inside the front cover, and I obviously love to look back at the photos. Never mind...the Show certainly made up for it! It was awesome! Peter Andre was in it also.  He played Teen Angel and Vince Fontaine. The cheers were enormous when he came on stage. And he sang really well. Loving Retro style as I do, I was enthralled seeing the costumes, and stage sets. I especially liked the American Diner set. I noticed that they had the same stools as I have in my kitchen. The Retro Red and Chrome. They also had a lovely retro radio as one of the props. I loved it! I said to Katrina....."I wonder if they would miss anything" if you know what I mean!! We both laughed at that thought.  All I can say is, that it was an afternoon to remember, and I am so very grateful to my Daughter-In-Law Katrina taking me.
Thank you so much for following me, and for the sprinkling of stars and hearts. I really appreciate it. Take care.
Love Theresa. x
PS; Katrina is going to become a Theatre Member again, and she is already talking about our next visit! Whoopee!!
