Culzean Castle Country Park

Lovely trip to Ayrshire today to meet up with a friend who is spending a few days in her camper van at Culzean Castle Country Park.
We walked through the beautiful walled garden, down past the castle where a newly married couple were getting their photos taken in the sunshine and on to the coffee shop just in time for a heavy downpour of rain which changed the atmosphere dramatically! Fortunately it dried up pretty quickly and the sun came out again so we had a lovely long walk along the beautiful sandy beach to Maidens and back, felt almost tropical!
