Puttanesca

Bucatini puttanesca. Wine: G.D. Vajra Barbera d'Alba 2018.

I love puttanesca and should make it more often. I just got some excellent anchovies, so this seemed a good way to inaugurate them. The wine is delicious and proved a good pairing.
