My Dear Sister

It is so lovely to have my sister and her Husband down, they are really helping me with so much going on at the moment. 

Today I had the Palliative Nurse here to sort out my medication as things are changing and it was so nice to have my sister to be there to listen too. 

I have to say the Palliative nurses are really wonderful people so knowledgeable and kind.
