New Neighbours imminent?

Missing Alice's memory - again. The Bungalow was built around 1961-2-3 without looking.  What I need(ed) Alice for - I can't remember if, in Oct 1987 we became the second owners or not.  I can remember, on our left, at least 3-4-5 changes of ownership.  On the right only one change of ownership but 3-4-5 different tenants, before this owner change.
To my left now, I see two for sale signs.
SO - out of a group of five Bungalows I'm the only one dating back as far as 1987. There have even been two more built in the Gap twixt 26 and what has now become a "Special Needs" establishment.
Time flies like an Arrow.
