My usual phone call with the Dr this morning. She prescribed me a few days of sleeping pills and Diazepam until I get the weekly meds on Saturday. 
That meant I had to go out :( Took a bit of a detour and was very surprised to see this cruise ship in the Forth. Hadn't  heard of cruise ships starting up again.
