Grace, the day after.

She is home at last and quite tired now, although surprisingly energetic at first.
We had to put the collar on her to prevent her from licking the wound and she ought to keep as still as possibile to avoid bleeding. I'm going to sleep downstairs on the sofa tonight, to keep an eye on her. I hope I haven't lost her trust. For the first hour ot two she woudn't look me in the eyes.
