Diedro UBSA

After day off, today we decided to step it up a leave. Heike and I had
a very early start of a Christmas holiday and headed back around to
the Pe?on de Ifach to climb the Diedro UBSA, a 220m 10 pitch climb up
the Pe?on's southern face. It was truely a fantastic day out. Great
rock, great position and a crazy mid route swinging abseil. Here Heike
is leading the off on about pitch five, climbing what was probaby the
crux pitch - time for me to follow on!

It was also a very hot days climbing in the ful glare of the sun, so
it was with some relief that we topped out and headed back to the
villa for a dip in the pool. Can't get used to this winter climbing
malarkey.....
